I am currently working in Japan and am very worried after hearing that millions of subscriptions will be locked if they do not confirm their usage status on VNeID. It is very likely that my VinaPhone number falls into this category. However, I cannot access the VNeID app to confirm remotely.

I do not want to have my SIM locked because my phone number is linked to my bank account, social media, and many other important services. What should I do to keep my subscription number?
