FPT Achieves 6 Level 4 Security Certifications for Data Center and Cloud
FPT has received Level 4 information security certifications for its digital infrastructure systems, which include two cloud platforms (Fornix Private Cloud and Hi Gio Cloud) and four data centers (Fornix HN01, Fornix HN02, Fornix HCM01, and Fornix HCM02).
The Fornix data center ecosystem of FPT is currently located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, covering a total area of over 17,000 square meters with a capacity exceeding 7,000 racks, serving hundreds of organizations and businesses both domestically and internationally.

To achieve Level 4 information security certification, FPT’s data centers and cloud services underwent a comprehensive evaluation process. The assessment criteria included operational management, information security monitoring, access control, system permissions, risk prevention and handling, ensuring data integrity and security, as well as the ability to maintain continuous operation of the system.
In addition to physical infrastructure, FPT has also invested in developing cloud platforms such as Fornix Private Cloud and Hi Gio Cloud to meet the increasing demand for security, operational optimization, and data sovereignty.
This ecosystem has been developed by the company to comply with international standards for quality management, security, and operations such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, and SOC 2.

According to a representative from FPT, Level 4 applies to systems with high requirements for security and availability, operating continuously 24/7 without accepting unplanned interruptions. These systems typically serve national scale operations, providing shared information infrastructure or playing a vital role in the functioning of agencies, organizations, and businesses.
FPT representatives stated that achieving 6 Level 4 information security certifications is an important milestone in FPT’s strategy for developing digital infrastructure. These certifications further strengthen the unit’s digital infrastructure capabilities in the fields of data centers, cloud computing, and information technology infrastructure services.
The certifications also reflect the ability to operate systems with high security and availability requirements, including maintaining continuous operation, access control, timely risk detection and handling, as well as ensuring data integrity throughout the operational process.

For businesses in finance, banking, insurance, healthcare, or logistics, where data plays a crucial role, the implementation of systems on platforms that meet high security standards is considered an important factor in enhancing safety and operational stability.
“With pioneering technology and investment infrastructure capabilities, FPT ensures the provision of smart solutions, platforms, and systems that meet international standards to accompany businesses and the government in the journey to promote comprehensive digital transformation,” said a company representative.
Previously, FPT’s data center and cloud ecosystem had achieved many important international certifications for quality management, information security, and digital infrastructure operations such as Tier III from Uptime Institute, ANSI/TIA-942 Rated 3, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, TVRA, LEED Gold level, and SOC 2. These are internationally recognized standards widely applied in the field of data centers and cloud computing.
In addition to international standards, this infrastructure has also been continuously recognized through numerous awards. In 2024, the data center system was awarded the “Vietnam Technology Excellence Award” in the Data Center and Telecommunications category by Asian Business Review; recognized by VINASA in the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Infrastructure Companies in Vietnam 2024. In 2025, FPT continued to receive the Asian Telecom Awards 2025 in the “Telecom Solutions Provider of the Year” category.
Currently, FPT’s digital infrastructure ecosystem is serving many large enterprises across finance, banking, commerce, manufacturing, logistics, and technology sectors.
